Rare Roast Beef With Creme Fraiche, Beetroot & Tahini

This combination is a great addition to your next gathering.


200g Fresh Fodder Beetroot & Tahini
1 Fresh Bread Stick or Batard
Rare Roast Beef – If you are pressed for time, you can buy pre-sliced Rare Beef at your local deli!
Creme Fraiche


Slice the bread stick into half centimetre thick rounds.

Smear each round with Creme Fraiche, top with a slice of rare roast beef and garnish with a dollop of Fresh Fodder Beetroot and Tahini dip.

If cooking your own beef, these are lovely served with the beef still warm and accompanied with a lovely glass of red.
