Here’s a throwback to a delicious recipe that we tried a while ago that's simple to make but will knock your socks off! You really must give it a try…🤤🤤🤤
Fresh Fodder Hommous Crackers
Grab a 200g tub of our Hommous and mix with 80g plain flour so you get a soft dough.
Roll or press the dough between two sheets of baking paper so the dough is quite thin and even, peel the top sheet off, sprinkle with sea salt/paprika and bake for 200C for 20-25 minutes.
You can use corn starch/flour, if you want to gluten-free option.
And you can season if garnish with all sorts of things - poppy, sesame seeds, dukkah or just plain salt and pepper.

There's nothing worse than getting home from work

There's nothing worse than getting home from work and having no idea what to make for dinner.
A go to of ours for when it all feels a bit too hard is to take some seasonal veggies, drizzle them in oil, roast the heavier ones and steam the greens. We decided to combine our veggies with some pearl couscous for that added chewy texture but you could use regular couscous or even quinoa. Finish by dolloping a generous spoonful of our Hommous or Tzatziki and you've got yourself a flavourful nutritious dinner!
Save yourself some trouble tonight and try this one for yourself, there's no rules on what veggies to use, whatever's in the crisper could be all you need!

Here’s something you’ve got to try next time you get your hands on some of our Hommous. We met the lovely owners of @garliciousgrown at the recent food fair with @twoprovidores where we had a chance to try some of their delicious black garlic paste.
That’s when it hit us! We had to try it with some of our Hommous. Who would’ve guessed that when two passionate businesses come together that you get something so yummy!
We love to play around with flavours that can give you a café or restaurant experience from the comfort of your home and the striking colour and delicious flavours of @garliciousgrown@garliciousgrown garlic paste does exactly that.

Orange NSW. It’s an amazing place to live and has a strong and supportive community.
If you’re a foodie or a wine lover (or both!) you will know that the region offers two key annual festivals - @orangefoodweek in April and the @orangewinefestival held in October.
Both boast a huge variety of food and wine experiences, showcasing our beautiful location, along with the exceptional food and wine offerings.
Yesterday, we thoroughly enjoyed attending Altitude, a walk through the bush land towards Lake Canobolas, dotted with tasting stations along the way.
It was an amazing combination of food, wine and nature and it was a completely joyful day.
If you haven’t visited Orange and are looking for an excuse, can we highly recommend you put this event on your calendar for next year.
